Feeling stuck between “just rest” and “keep pushing”?

Let’s find the sweet spot.

You've seen the social media advice, read the blog posts, and talked to friends.

But one says no running, the other says keep lifting, and suddenly you’re second-guessing every move.

You need a plan that works with your lifestyle — not against it. This is where I come in. I help women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause while staying active — safely, intentionally, and without having to choose between being a mom, being an athlete, or simply feeling like yourself again.

You don’t need to figure this out alone. I’ve helped dozens of women find that middle ground — and thrive!

  • Treats you like an athlete, not a fragile flower

We work in a real gym, so your progress isn’t theoretical.

It’s an understatement to say that you have changed my life in the most positive ways and will continue to have an impact long after our sessions. Part taking in my physiotherapy with you, under your attentive and insightful care, guidance, with your extensive knowledge and encouragement, is one of the best presents I have given myself in my life.

Other than the mud from head to toe, I am happy to tell you that (from what I could tell) I was completely “dry”! I felt no leaks and I really just went with it. I ran, jumped and crawled without any hesitation. I was a wee bit emotional as we took off. It hit me. This is it. We made it. It was an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment and freedom.
