How I landed here
I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare but also somewhere close to the fitness world I loved. Like most physios, I imagined a career in sports therapy.

But during my Master’s, I signed up for an intro course, mostly out of curiosity (and, let's be real, because I thought, “why not?”).​ Turns out, it was a game-changer.
​
In pelvic health, you don’t just fix a problem.
You build trust. You walk alongside someone through one of the most personal parts of their health journey.
And you realize how underserved, dismissed, and resilient women truly are.

I knew I wanted to be part of the solution.

Fresh out of school, I jumped straight into pelvic health.
