Strong. Informed.
Unapologetically Active.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy for active women who want clarity, strength, and confidence — without compromise.
You don’t need to choose between being a mom, being an athlete, or feeling like yourself again.

You just need someone who knows how to get you there.
Who Is this for?
Support for every chapter of your active journey.
✔ Pregnant and want to keep lifting — but not sure what’s safe?
✔ Postpartum but still leaking, sore, or feeling off?
✔ Noticing new symptoms as you move through your 40s?
✔ Tried physio before but didn’t feel seen as an athlete?
If any of that made you pause — you’re in the right place.

Feeling stuck between “just rest” and “keep pushing”?
Let’s find the sweet spot.
You've seen the social media advice, read the blog posts, and talked to friends.

But one says no running, the other says keep lifting, and suddenly you’re second-guessing every move.

You need a plan that works with your lifestyle — not against it. This is where I come in. I help women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause while staying active — safely, intentionally, and without having to choose between being a mom, being an athlete, or simply feeling like yourself again.
You don’t need to figure this out alone. I’ve helped dozens of women find that middle ground — and thrive!

When is the best time to start prenatal physiotherapy? It's never too early to start! Many women begin as soon as they know they're pregnant, while others start later in their pregnancy. Ideally, starting early helps prevent discomfort and prepares your body for the physical demands of childbirth. We’ll tailor your sessions to match your current stage of pregnancy.
-
What is a partner session, and what do we do in it?A partner session is designed to involve your partner in your prenatal care. One key focus during the session is teaching them how to properly perform the perineal stretches with you, to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and confident. We also cover strategies and practice techniques together so they can better support you emotionally and physically, especially in the early phases of recovery. Birth prep is a team effort and a prepared and supportive partner can make a world of a difference in your pregnancy and postpartum journey!
-
Is prenatal physiotherapy suitable if I have a high-risk pregnancy? If you have a high-risk pregnancy, prenatal physiotherapy can still be beneficial, but it’s essential to work closely with your healthcare provider. I can collaborate with your doctor or midwife to ensure that any treatment or exercises we recommend are safe and appropriate for your specific condition.
What makes this different

Lifts, runs, and understands your world
-
Gets how frustrating vague advice can be
-
Builds rehab around your sport, not away from it
-
Treats you like an athlete, not a fragile flower

We work in a real gym, so your progress isn’t theoretical.

Other than the mud from head to toe, I am happy to tell you that (from what I could tell) I was completely “dry”! I felt no leaks and I really just went with it. I ran, jumped and crawled without any hesitation. I was a wee bit emotional as we took off. It hit me. This is it. We made it. It was an overwhelming feeling of accomplishment and freedom.
